We received a circular from our Brigade HQ one day asking for names of officers for Golf Championship alongwith Handicap.
We had this smart and intelligent NCO- a Havildar Clerk from Bihar who always came up to the officer with draft replies to be sent for the mail received. On this occasion,too, he put up a simple one liner reply to the Brigade HQ which read :
'There are no handicapped officers in this unit. Hence nil report please.'
