One day a Paki general based at the border went out to teach his soldiers how to use rocket launchers. He started to teach them and then went of to a distance to watch how they did. He then suddenly started to scold one of his soldiers for not aiming for Indian millitary buildings when he heard cries and a loud explosion. He went to the soldier who fired when the sounds occurred and congratulated him for hitting Indian instalations. He turned around to spit and saw rubble and bodies and exclaimed: 'Wow, these smart bombs are really smart. They hit Indian installations and make it seem like the Indians fired on us!'
