A man driving a maruti has a flat right opposite the Agra Mental Hospital. He jacks the car up, but while taking the tyre off - all 4 nuts fall into a gutter nearby. The gutter is too full of muck to attempt a salvage, instead our Hero flags down an autorikshaw, gives the driver Rs 50/- and asks him to buy him some nuts from an autoparts store from the next bazar. An hour goes by, with no sign of the autorikshaw. Just then the motorist notices an inmate of the mental hospital laughing his head off.
He approaches the Nut and asks him why he is laughing.
Pagal: U lost the 4 nuts off one tyre, all you had to do is remove one nut each form the other 3 tyres, affix them to the tyre in question and drive up to the bazar yourself.The autorickshaw guys will never return.
The motorist suddenly realizes something
Motorist: Par bhai saahab, tum to pagal ho!
Pagal: Pagal hoon par ullu nahin hoon
