Once people of Bihar were stuck in a traffic jam. Almost an hour later,
Motorist: What on earth is happening?
Bystander: Well, Laloo Yadav is sprawled across the road at the traffic crossing. He refuses to move from there!
Motorist: But why?
Bystander: He has lost the elections and is on the verge of being convicted for corruption. He will have to pay a fine of lakhs of rupees. Now, he is threatening to douse himself with kerosene and set himself on fire, if people don't contribute money to help him pay the fine!
Motorist: So, how much has been collected so far?
