Once our PM was called by Pakistan. Mussaraf showed his new technology that a person can talk to hell in a local call. By this our PM was surprised. He tried and they connected to Indira Gandhi. PM went and told this to Indian people.
Then he called Mussaraf and showed our technology. He connected and said, here talk to your expired president in hell. When he finished talking Mussaraf asked for the bill. He was told only Rs. 900 /- . He was surprised and said this is a poor technology. In our country with a local call you can talk to hell but in your country it's very costly.
Then our PM answered, "Yes for you hell is local call because you all leave in hell but we leave in heavan so for us it ISD."
